2lbs sirloin steak cut into chunks
Chunked veggies – peppers, onions, mushrooms, zucchini, baby corn, cherry tomatoes, etc, whatever preferred
2/3 cup soy sauce
½ cup rice vinegar
3 to 5 minced garlic cloves
juice from one lime
½ tsp crushed dried red chili peppers
salt & pepper

Mix marinade with steak and marinate in an air tight sealed bag or container for a minimum 6 hours. Put together on soaked wooden skewers, alternating beef with vegetables.
Slow and low on the grill until they have reached your desired doneness.  
Easy peasy. And soooo deliscious.
