From the Bar Z Kitchen


1 to 2lb sirloin steak, cut into bit sized pieces (can use ribeye, tenderloin, or sirloin as well)
salt & pepper
3 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced

Heat cast iron pan with olive oil. Sear bite sized beef on all sides, stirring for about 3-4 minutes.
Add butter and garlic cloves. Adjustable to taste. Coat bites thoroughly, cooking only for a couple more minutes.

Garnish with parsley & enjoy!
