From the Bar Z Kitchen


2lbs sirloin or round round steak, sliced into thin strips
1 onion, cut chunky
1 green pepper, cut chunky
1 red pepper, cut chunky
4 garlic gloves, minced
2 cups beef broth
4 Tbsp soy sauce
3 tsp brown sugar
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp ground ginger

Put beef, onions, peppers, & garlic in slow cooker. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, & seasoning over beef & veggies. Pour beef broth into slow cooker, mix everything well, cover & cook on low for 6 hours. Serve with brown or white rice, or rice noodles

**to add a little spicy heat? Add about ¼ to ½ tsp red chili flakes
